Medication Renewal

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. A qualified veterinarian will review your request and either send you an SMS when it is ready or phone you to discuss the medication further. Please allow at least 3 business days for processing of the request.

For urgent script requirements, please contact the clinic staff directly over the phone instead of using this form.

Work Experience Student Application Form

You are applying for a one week clinical placement at Newtown Veterinary Clinic.

We will assess your application and successful applicants will receive a phone call within 7 days to arrange an appointment time for an interview.

Unsuccessful applicants will receive either a phone call or email within 7 days.

For your interview, please allow 20 minutes for the appointment and expect to be asked to complete a basic task whilst in the clinic.

Please do not submit an application if you have already undertaken a placement with Newtown Veterinary Clinic as we can only offer one placement per student.

Due to the current veterinary crisis in this country GAEC will only be open from 5pm until midnight. Between midnight and 5am all emergencies will need to attend Advanced Vet Care Kensington or Essendon Animal Referral Service.

We sincerely apologise for this and hope GAEC will be able to provide a 24 hours service in the near future.
