For older pets we have our Senior Wellness Program, designed to support our furry friends as they age.

Standard Consultation
A standard consultation allows us time to perform a thorough health check and address one issue or concern. This includes a full nose-to-tail examination, discussion of your pet’s lifestyle and history, and focused assessment of a specific problem. If your pet has multiple or complex concerns, we recommend booking an extended consultation to ensure each issue receives the time and attention it deserves.
Vaccination Consultation
Our vaccination consultations allow us to perform a full clinical examination and identify any potential health issues. During this visit, we also administer vaccinations and discuss your pet’s parasite prevention plan. If you have additional concerns or issues, we recommend booking an extended consultation so the vet can thoroughly address everything.
Senior Wellness Program
Our Senior Wellness Program is designed to support pets as they age by focusing on early detection, comfort, and quality of life. As pets enter their senior years, subtle changes can happen quickly, so this program encourages six-monthly health checks rather than yearly visits. These tailored consultations may include blood and urine testing, blood pressure checks, arthritis and mobility assessments, dental health reviews, and personalised care plans. The goal is to identify age-related changes sooner, start preventative care earlier, and help senior pets stay happy, comfortable, and thriving for as long as possible.
New Pet Consultation
We are always excited to welcome new clients and their pets! Our new pet consultations give time to get to know both you and your furry friend properly. During your first visit, we discuss your pet’s health history, lifestyle, diet, behaviour, and any concerns you may have. This thorough approach ensures we understand your pet’s individual needs and can provide tailored advice and care from the very beginning.
Behavioural Consultation
We understand pets face a variety of behavioural changes and challenges throughout their lives. Understanding these issues accurately is key to developing personalised management plans that truly address your pet’s needs. Our behavioural consultations are comprehensive and include a pre-consultation survey, allowing us to get a clear picture of your pet before the appointment.
Extended Consultation
If you have multiple questions or concerns you’d like to discuss with our veterinarians, we recommend booking an extended consultation. This longer appointment allows us to address several issues in a single visit, ensuring your pet receives thorough attention and care.
Revisit Consultation
Sometimes pets need to be seen multiple times for the same issue. Certain problems require several visits to develop the right management plan or achieve a resolution. Our revisit consultations are designed to provide focused follow-up care and are charged at a reduced fee to help manage costs.
